How large are the plans?

All plans are drawn on 24” x 36” size paper. Please print the plans out at your local copier on 24" x 36" Architectural D Size Paper.

What do your plans include?

To provide more detail, all of our plans are computer drawn not hand drawn. All plans include: front elevation, side elevation, back elevation, plan view, section view, and material list. We also have plans with straps, 30" anchors, and strong ties for Gulf Coast areas, called Hurricane Kits.

NOTE: Our plans are designed to assist you with obtaining a building permit from your city or to submit to your Home Owners Association for approval. A Free 8" x 8" Plan is available for download, which reflects exactly what you will receive from your purchase of any other plan except for the difference in measurements.

Are there any advantages with sheds built by OnSite Sheds vs Tuff Shed?

We believe our sheds and buildings are built stronger, due to many reasons. The first and most obvious is with prefabrications. With prefabs, the walls and rafters are preconstructed and then delivered to the customer. This method makes prefabs inherently weak due obstacles during transit bending and twisting these critical parts that support the entire building. Our construction is entirely onsite. We cut all the material and construct all the joists, walls, rafters, roof, siding, trim, etc., at your location, ensuring an extremely strong building.

Does the price include the floor?

Yes. The base price includes cement blocks, 4" x 4" treated skids/runners/girders, 2" x 4" treated floor joists that are 16" O.C., 3/4" plywood flooring, and leveling up to a variance of 6" for any area of the covered ground. The price also includes full 2" x 4" walls plates, studs, and rafters, 7/16" OSB roof decking, 25-year shingles, and primed siding.

Do you finance?

We do not have in-house financing, but we do accept credit cards.

How long will the construction of my shed take?

On average, a 12" x 24" gable or barn or smaller shed will take one full day to complete.

How much is your delivery fee?

Any building that's 120 sq ft (10' x 12') or larger comes with free delivery up to 50 miles from Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

Does the shed come painted?

All storage sheds come primed ready for paint. A direct savings for our customers.
